MCC was entrusted with the construction of the world’s largest aluminum aircraft maintenance hangar, designed and fabricated by the leading Spanish company Gaptek. This state-of-the-art facility measures 120 meters in length, 101 meters in span, and 36 meters in height, making it capable of accommodating large aircraft, including the A380. The MRO Hangar 7, owned by Joramco, enables multi-line MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations, supporting five parallel service lines to meet the demands of the aviation industry. As one of the most significant aviation infrastructure developments in the region, the hangar was built using a modular construction approach, ensuring fast-track execution and a seamless transition from construction to operation. As a leader in aircraft hangar construction, MRO facility development, and large-scale metal building solutions, MCC delivers customized, high-performance hangars tailored to the aviation industry’s strict operational timelines.
